UPPSC PCS Selection Process 2024
The board has mentioned the selection process of the recruitment in the UPPSC PCS Notification 2024.
Preliminary Examination: A written examination will be completed by the board as the initial stage of UPPSC PCS Recruitment 2024. By using offline mode the examination will be completed. In this examination two types of paper will be held in which paper 1 is for general studies 1 and paper 2 is for General Studies 2 (CSAT) in which 150 questions will be conducted in paper 1 and 100 questions will be conducted in paper 2. Maximum 200 mars will be allotted to all the candidates in each exam. Two hours will be allowed to each candidate to complete the question paper for each paper. In this examination paper 2 will be a qualifying nature examination in which participants have to score 33% marks.
Mains examination: All the selected candidates of preliminary examination will take part in mains examination. In this mains examination a total 6 subject examinations will be conducted along with two optional papers. All the participants will be allowed three hours to complete each paper. The maximum marks in each subject will be between 150 to 200.
Interview: All the selected candidates of mains eczema will take part in the interview round in which 100 marks will be given to each candidate.
